Ecommerce

DSi has developed, maintain and continuously updates web-applications for Nestor Communications www.nestor-usa.com that included features such as: secure online purchasing, billing, customer account management, and administrative tools. A key feature for this application is the simple administrative maintenance interface allowing non-technical personnel to dynamically update the website. This system is based on Linux, Apache, MySql and PHP.


Wireless

DSi has developed a Wireless communication application for Neptune Technology Group, Inc., www.neptunetg.com water meter manufacturer in business since 1892. This EzNet system was a revolutionary new system introduced to automatically collect, store, and communicate accurate meter reading data. DSi was able to produce this software in a timely fashion where a previous company had failed. This product has allowed them to increase their sales ability particularly in reaching their larger high demand clients. It is integrated into one of their major product offerings allowing them to advance beyond the capabilities of their competitors. This application was showcased during their new product launch.


VOIP

As the demand for voice traffic increases so does the demand for service providers and enterprises to expand their service offerings and leverage existing network resources. DSi’s VoIP Billing Software module allows service providers and enterprises to expand their business by including cost effective VoIP services to their offerings. The VoIP Billing Software Module enables the offering of prepaid VoIP and postpaid VoIP billing options for call usage, provides the ability to offer flexible call plans and calculates comprehensive call rates through multiple VoIP call legs to achieve maximum business efficency. DSi’s Prepaid Billing Module allows for the automated creation of batch user ID and Password pairings, associated with an administrator set dollar amount and expiry date. The resulting electronic output may then be printed to prepaid access cards for distribution at local retail outlets. From a marketing perspective, this approach improves the businesses ability to market its’ services with minimal advertising expenditure, whether through consignment arrangements, or incentive programs. In addition to duration based access with the Prepaid Billing Module client’s can also create offerings that are only available on certain days, like weekends or at certain times, like evenings. This type of flexibility allows for different rates based on peak loads. In a cafe mealtimes obviously experience higher loads and therefore access is worth more at those times.


Security

DSi has provided network security and database management services to E-CommSecurity, one of Atlanta’s growing Network Security Company. Thorough its services to E-CommSecurity, DSi has gained insights on systems security domain knowledge, including authentication and encryption, firewall, load balancing, tracing and creating intruders profile to protect data and information. DSi has developed automated tools to monitor client’s network systems.


Healthcare

DSi has developed an innovative software solution for The United States Reciprocal Healthcare Associations, Inc. (USRHA), a San Antonio, TX based insurance carrier. This web based enterprise solution is the patent designed by Mr. Tom Rowen, the chief technology officer of USRHA. Details of the software package cannot be disclosed at this time due to the innovative competitiveness. This system will be the foundation for selling and managing their client base. This system has all the necessary tie-ins with their providers and processing partners.
